Whenever we go to the island, we always stop at Whitney’s! The atmosphere is so nice and feels almost like a hidden gem (even tho it’s right off the busiest road). It’s quiet and the vibes are immaculate. Food was delicious, I could eat the corn ribs with every meal for the rest of my life and i’d be happy! They make a mean margarita too. The staffed seemed a little stressed because of lack of prep from the night prior, so the wait was a bit longer. Someone in our party is allergic to shellfish (was disclosed upon ordered), and was served the wrong dish (shrimp tacos instead of fish). It was fine because we caught it, and mistakes happen but we could tell the kitchen was frantic so mistakes are more likely to happen. Just need to be more careful! Otherwise, can’t wait to return one day!
Listen, it’s an old gas station or auto shop or something and by golly they turned it into this flippin’ dope open air food joint that hits hard. And the vibes are way up. Just stop already with the vibes! Travelled from out of town with my son and we walked here from across the street where we were hanging at the beach. Seated quickly, treated kindly and served well. Our server suggested the Elote Ribs, the Whitney smash burger, and the carne asada tacos. Everything was fire, made well and with flavor in mind. Good price point considering the location. Definitely worth visiting again, gotta find a way to bring my wife here.
Great little restaurant I had the LBK bowl, which was wonderful and my husband had the Whitney burger. He said it was delicious. Our server was outstanding and was very helpful with menu choices. The margaritas are a must try, best one ever. There's a cozy firepit outside as well as outside seating. Fun place!
Super cute place! I love the aesthetic. The food was good. Fries were the best part with the garlic aoil. The Key Lime pie was worth it all, though.
LOVE eating at Whitney’s! It’s the perfect beach lunch spot. The food is fresh and I’ve never disliked anything I’ve had there. The outdoor seating is a great vibe, and perfect on a nice day! If you haven’t been here before you definitely need to try. I really enjoy the tacos, burgers, & the dip trio app.
A must location. We stumbled on to it, and now that we know we'll be back. Everything we ate was great. The portions are perfect sized. The guy performing the music fit the vibe. Sat outside. But the location is created so everyone at all tables has an outside feel. It just becomes how much outside do you want. If you're not local then know across the street, just walk, is the beach. But move your car to that lot because the restaurant has limited space.
Our experience at Whitney’s was fantastic. We loved the elevated casual menu and the restaurants design vibe. The landscaping and design is a 10/10. We recommend the smash burger and key lime pie! Thanks Whitney’s!
This is my new favorite. Whitney’s looks so dang cool I wish I could eat here everyday. They have one of the best burgers and fries I’ve ever had in my life. 5 stars
